By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Duchess Cancerversary Ride and understand that motorcycle riding and participation in a group motorcycle event involve inherent risks, including accidents, injury, disability, death, property damage, traffic hazards, weather conditions, and actions of other riders or motorists.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the event organizer(s), ride coordinator(s), volunteers, sponsors, and their respective representatives from claims, demands, damages, or liability arising from my participation in the event, including claims related to injury, death, or property damage, except where prohibited by law.
I understand that I am responsible for my own safety, motorcycle, equipment, insurance, and compliance with all applicable traffic laws. I agree to ride responsibly and follow instructions provided by the ride organizers.
I authorize emergency medical treatment for me if necessary and understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
I also grant permission for photographs and/or video taken during the event to be used for event, promotional, or social media purposes without compensation.
PARTICIPANT CERTIFICATION
I have read and understand this Liability Release & Waiver. I am signing it voluntarily and understand that I am giving up certain legal rights by signing this document.
